Make sure that you are not in any more impending dangers, such as fuel tanks that may explode.
Location:
Draw attention to your position and put out emergency signals.
Acquisition:
Try to find a supply of food and water while waiting for help.
Navigation:
With good navigation you will always be on route and thus avoiding a survival situation. However if you happen to find yourself in such a situation, always stay where you are.
